All services rendered with Rising Tides Consults LLC, are to be agreed upon, if any rules are not accepted by user then we reserve the right for account termination.

Welcome to Rising Tides Consults, LLC ("Rising Tides," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services, website, and any related content (collectively, the "Services") are provided to you in accordance with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms, conditions, or policies incorporated by reference. Services

Rising Tides Consults, LLC is a credit repair company located at 538 6th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662. Our primary purpose is to help individuals and businesses improve their credit scores by offering various credit repair services, including, but not limited to, credit analysis, dispute resolution assistance, and credit education.


Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.



Account Information

In order to access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account with us ("Account"). You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering for an Account and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.



Fees / Payment

By using our Services, you agree to pay any fees associated with the specific service(s) you have selected. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with prior notice to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.



Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription to our Services at any time by contacting us at info@risingtidesconsults.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellations received within this 15-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on our website or by request. We reserve the right to consider the unique circumstances of each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a full refund if the cancellation request is not received within the stipulated time. We strongly encourage you to regularly check your billing cycle dates and to contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your subscription.

Limitations and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rising Tides Consults, LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Consent to Electronic Transactions and Communications By creating an Account with Rising Tides Consults, LLC and using our Services, you expressly consent to conducting business electronically and receiving electronic communications from us. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving electronic notices, agreements, legally required disclosures, and other communications from us, as well as entering into contracts and transacting electronically.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically through email, SMS, or other methods, and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address, phone number, and any other necessary contact information for electronic communications with us.


B. Hardware and Software requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you must have access to the following hardware and software:

  • A computer or mobile device with internet access;
  • A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption;
  • The ability to download or access PDF files;
  • Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer or mobile device, or access to a cloud-based storage solution, to save past communications for your records.

    • C. Updating Contact information

    It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date so that we can communicate with you electronically. You must promptly notify us of any change in your email address or other contact information by updating your Account information or contacting us at info@risingtidesconsults.com.


    D. Withdrawing Consent

    You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting us at info@risingtidesconsults.com. However, withdrawing your consent may result in the termination of your access to our Services, as we may not be able to provide certain Services without electronic communications.


    E. How to withdraw consent

    You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at support@snatchcredit.com. If you withdraw this consent to receive Communications, you may no longer be able to use our Services.


    F. Retaining Copies

    You should retain copies of all electronic communications, either by printing a paper copy, saving an electronic copy, or storing them in a cloud-based storage solution.


    G. Telephone Communications

    By providing your telephone number to us, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls from Rising Tides Consults, LLC and its affiliates, agents, or representatives. These calls may include, but are not limited to, account-related communications, customer service inquiries, or other matters relating to our Services. You understand and agree that these calls may be prerecorded or use an automated telephone dialing system. You acknowledge and understand that your consent to receive telephone calls from us is not a condition of purchasing any Services, and that your telephone number may be listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. By providing your telephone number to us, you expressly waive any claim that our calls to you violate any applicable Do Not Call regulations.
    Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving telephone communications from us at any time by contacting us at info@risingtidesconsults.com with your request. Please note that opting out may impact our ability to provide certain Services to you.


    H. Consent to marketing calls & texts

    By providing your telephone number to us, you expressly consent to receive marketing calls, SMS messages, or other marketing communications from Rising Tides Consults, LLC and its affiliates, agents, or representatives. These communications may include, but are not limited to, promotional offers, new product announcements, or other marketing materials related to our Services.

This applies to any SSN that we collect in the course of our business such as providing your loan and reporting your credit to credit reporting bureaus. We protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of SSNs, including by implementing and maintaining administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to SSNs. We also limit access to SSNs, including by only granting access to SSNs to our employees who require that information to perform their job-related duties.


    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rising Tides Consults, LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.


    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scioto County, Ohio.


    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


    Termination of Account

    Rising Tides Consults, LLC values your business and respects your right to choose the services that best meet your needs. As such, we allow you to cancel your Account and discontinue our Services at any time and for any reason.

  • (a) User-Initiated Termination: To cancel your Account and terminate our Services, you may contact us at info@risingtidesconsults.com with your request. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will promptly process the termination and provide confirmation of the cancellation to you via email. Please note that any fees paid prior to your cancellation request are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by law.

  • (b) Rising Tides-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your Account and discontinue our Services at any time, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm Rising Tides Consults, LLC or its reputation.

  • (c) Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. You will remain responsible for any outstanding fees, charges, or other obligations incurred prior to termination. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

  • (d) Survival: Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination of your Account, including, but not limited to, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions, shall continue in full force and effect even after your Account is terminated.
